October 31, 1997 I-CAR ANNOUNCES ENHANCEMENTS TO UNIFORM PROCEDURES FOR COLLISION REPAIR (UPCR) BY PRO-TECH (Rolling Meadows, IL) I-CAR is pleased to announce that Pro-Tech has contributed very valuable product-specific information to the October release of UPCR. There is tremendous need for technical information in the Collision Repair Industry. Now, I-CAR and organizations such as Pro-Tech are working together to provide the Industry with electronic product data and MSDS sheets. UPCR is one more tool for the industry to use to obtain vehicle-, product-, and equipment-specific information. This cooperative effort should improve the quality of repairs, and most importantly improve customer satisfaction.
