June 30, 1998 I-CAR'S UPDATED EXECUTIVE SEMINAR TO BE OFFERED AT THE I-CAR INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL MEETING (Rolling Meadows, IL) I-CAR's newly updated Executive Seminar will debut at the I-CAR International Annual Meeting being held at the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The Executive Seminar will be held Thursday, July 30, beginning at 8:30 a.m. This seminar features an animated tour through a modern collision repair facility. Throughout the tour, participants will respond to questions about issues facing today's Collision Industry using an electronic audience response system, creating a highly interactive classroom environment. The seminar also includes team exercises that allow participants to gain new perspectives from those who work in other segments of the Industry. The Executive Seminar focuses on the reasons behind the collision repair process, the benefits of I-CAR Training, and its relationship to liability exposure, operating costs, and customer satisfaction. The seminar is designed for executive and management level decision-makers. It shows the importance of keeping technicians, appraisers, estimators, and other employees who are involved in the collision repair process up-to-date on changing technology. This is a one-day seminar that lasts for approximately six hours. Participants earn two Gold Class points for the completion of this seminar.
