I-CAR HIRES TODD HANK AS THE NEW INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT MANAGER

Todd HankROLLING MEADOWS, IL - July 1, 2003 - Todd Hank has been named I-CAR's new Instructor Support Manager. In his new position that is based at the I-CAR Tech Centre in Appleton, Wisconsin, Hank is responsible for providing support to I-CAR instructors and instructor candidates. This support includes responding to questions from instructors, managing the I-CAR Instructor Training Program, including: developing instructor training materials or in establishing partnerships with organizations that can expand our ability to improve instructor quality, overseeing the training process for instructor candidates and coordinating all Instructor Qualification Workshops in the United States and Canada. He will work closely with the I-CAR Field Managers to determine the number of instructors needed in each region and to continue broadening the instructor base.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Adult Vocational Education and Industrial Training, from University of Wisconsin Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. He also holds an Associates Degree in Automotive Technology, from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Before joining I-CAR, Hank was employed as Technology Education Instructor at Neenah High School in Neenah, Wisconsin. In the past, Todd was an Engineering Technician at Mercury Performance Craft and also an Automotive Technology Instructor at Fox Valley Technical College.

"Todd comes to I-CAR with an extensive educational and automotive industry related background. His continued involvement of educating others about the importance of safe and proper collision repairs is a significant benefit to I-CAR. Because of such qualities, I am confident that Todd will prove to be a great asset to I-CAR and in providing support to I-CAR instructors," said I-CAR Executive Vice President and CEO Tom McGee. "His background in instructing in a secondary automotive repair program will also be very beneficial in supporting career and technical school and college instructors who are using the I-CAR Enhanced Delivery curriculum or are participating in the Industry Training Alliance® through the I-CAR Education Foundation.

We are also very fortunate that Cathy Davey has accepted the position of Instructor Support Assistant. Since joining the I-CAR Tech Centre in 2000, Cathy has provided valuable support to the staff and other industry contacts. Her experience and dedication to the organization creates a strong team to support the I-CAR and career and technical school and college instructors."
