PORSCHE ANNOUNCES I-CAR TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR TECHNICIANS Hoffman Estates, IL -
Individuals will receive I-CAR training on some of today’s most common collision repair procedures, as well as comprehensive welding instructions that includes theory, hands-on practice, and the I-CAR Steel GMA (MIG) Welding Qualification Test and I-CAR Structural Parts Steel Welding Qualification Test. I-CAR training opportunities are offered as either an instructor-led course taught in the classroom or an online course. Jason Bartanen, I-CAR Technical Director said, “I-CAR is delighted to provide its training as part of the ‘Porsche Approved Collision Center Program’. A strong foundation in the collision repair process will provide Porsche technicians with the most current training information available and prepare them for their Porsche-specific training.
