I-CAR will host its international annual meeting August 2 - 6, at the Fairmont San Jose.  The I-CAR annual meeting is an important event that brings together leaders of the collision industry from across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand to address current trends and issues in the industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about new products and technologies and share ideas with industry leaders.

The theme for this year’s meeting is "Getting Revved Up for Training."

Dress Code

Dress for the meetings is business casual. Semi-formal attire (suites/ties for the gentlemen and cocktail outfits for the ladies) are recommended for the Awards & Recognition Banquet on Saturday evening, August 5.

Register for the 2006 I-CAR International Annual Meeting

Not attending the I-CAR 2006 International Annual Meeting
but would like to participate in the I-CAR Education Foundation Golf Tournament.

All attendees must check-in at the I-CAR Registration Desk upon arrival at the Fairmont San Jose to obtain their meeting materials.

Registration Fee prior to 6/30/06 is $435 US/$505 CDN
Spouse/Guest Registration Fee prior to 6/30/06 is $375 US/$436 CDN

Registration Fee after 6/30/06 is $500 US/$581 CDN
Spouse/Guest Registration Fee after 6/30/06 is $435 US/$505 CDN

I-CAR Program Instructor & I-CAR Volunteer Fee is $295 US/$343 CDN (as well as their Spouse/Guest). To qualify, you must be currently employed by I-CAR as a Program Instructor or volunteering on an I-CAR Committee.

Airports

The Fairmont is located three miles from the Norman Y. Mineta International Airport in San Jose and Airport Shuttle Service is available by reservation by calling 800.258.3826 and will cost about $9 one-way or $16 round-trip. The San Francisco International Airport is approximately a 40 minute drive from San Jose. For shuttle service from San Francisco, just go to the shuttle stands at baggage claim or call SuperShuttle at 415.558.8500. SuperShuttle rate from San Francisco International Airport to the Fairmont San Jose is $38 each way.
