The luncheon at the Farewell Ceremony will celebrate and recognize our volunteers. The sponsorship includes the following:

- One complimentary banquet table for 10 guests with “priority reserved seating” at the Farewell Ceremony.
- Sponsor name indicated on front or back page of Event & Recognition Program.
- Sponsor signage displayed at the Farewell Ceremony.

- Sponsorship includes printing for the 2007 I-CAR International Annual Meeting – promotional brochures, badge booklets, and signage.

This program will highlight the accomplishments of our Volunteers during the past year. It will also include previous award winners as well.

Registration Gifts - $12,000
Sponsorship of the promotional items distributed to all registered attendees as they arrive at the International Annual Meeting. Items are to be selected and provided by I-CAR and to contain the I-CAR logo only. This sponsorship also includes all the remaining promotional materials for the sponsoring company.
Awards - $16,000
Sponsorship includes all awards distributed throughout the International Annual Meeting, with key awards being distributed at the Welcome Party and Farewell Ceremony. This sponsorship includes all promotional materials.

Sponsorship of all bottled water used at refreshment breaks and throughout the 2007 I-CAR International Annual Meeting. Sponsorship signage will be visible at all appropriate breaks and events. This sponsorship also includes all the remaining promotional materials for the sponsoring company.
