I-CAR Membership
Membership Eligibility
Individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organizations who support the purposes of this Conference, and are actively engaged in the Collision Industry, who meet the qualifications for membership established by the Board of Directors shall be eligible for membership. Members shall include individuals, businesses and organizations engaged in the following membership groupings:
- Collision Repair
- Vehicle Insurance
- Vehicle Manufacturing
- Tool, Equipment and Supply manufacturing and distribution
- Education, Training and Related research activities
- Providers of Other Related Industry Services
Membership Levels
There will be four (4) levels of regular membership: Sustaining, Corporate, Individual and Educational Partner. The criteria and benefits of membership for each level are as follows:
Sustaining Members - $5,000
Criteria:
Member may be a business, consolidator, and/or not-for-profit organization that is a supporter of I-CAR.
Benefits:
- E-newsletter, press releases, and informative mailings.
- Access to I-CAR Membership web site.
- Engraved plaque to add each year of I-CAR Membership.
- Two (2) complimentary registrations to the I-CAR International Annual Meeting.
- Recognition in the Annual Meeting Program Brochure and I-CAR web site as a Sustaining Member.
- Company name printed on the I-CAR Board of Directors letterhead as a Sustaining Member.
Corporate Members - $2,500
Criteria:
Member may be a business, consolidator (10 or more shops), and/or not-for-profit organization that is a supporter of I-CAR.
Benefits:
- E-newsletter, press releases, and informative mailings.
- Access to I-CAR Membership web site.
- Engraved plaque to add each year of I-CAR Membership.
- One (1) complimentary registration to the I-CAR International Annual Meeting.
- Recognition in the Annual Meeting Program Brochure and I-CAR web site as a Corporate Member.
Individual Members - $500
Criteria:
Member is an individual supporter of I-CAR, which includes individual collision repair shops, consolidators (under 10 shops), and independent business owners. If individual is employed by a business, consolidator, and/or not-for-profit organization (other than consolidator with 10 or fewer shops), said business shall be a corporate or sustaining member of I-CAR before an individual membership is granted. Exceptions to this policy will require review and approval by the I-CAR Board of Directors.

- Membership plaque (for the membership year only).
- $100 discount to the I-CAR International Annual Meeting.
- Recognition in the Annual Meeting Program Brochure and I-CAR web site as an Individual Member.
Educational Partners - $500
Criteria:
Member is a Career and Technical school or college that is a supporter of I-CAR.
Benefits:
- e-newsletter, press releases, and informative mailings.
- Access to I-CAR Membership web site.
- Membership plaque (for the membership year only).
- One (1) complimentary registration to the I-CAR International Annual Meeting.
- Recognition in the Annual Meeting Program Brochure and I-CAR web site as an Educational Partner.
Membership in I-CAR will be for a period of one (1) calendar year, commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31. All membership dues will need to be received no later than January 15, 2010 to enable you to vote at the Annual Membership Meeting in February 2010. Renewals received after this date will be applied to the next calendar year.
