Job Descriptions and Point Requirements: Career and Technical Education PLEASE NOTE: Effective January 1, 2007, position-related point requirements will no longer apply for new applicants. New applicants must follow 5&2 requirements to qualify. Only grandfathered Gold Class designated businesses will need to follow position-related point requirements for their 2007 renewal. All renewals after 2007 will require 2 points of ongoing training annually.
Personnel not directly involved with the collision repair instruction process have no Gold Class point requirements. Examples of these positions are: Manager/Department Head Manages and oversees the department's activities such as lesson planning and instruction. Managers or department heads who are not directly involved in curriculum or instruction. Must have a lead instructor in place. Office Support Personnel Performs clerical, secretarial and/or administrative duties, including answering phones, typing correspondence, preparing reports, data entry, etc. May perform invoicing procedures on vehicles repaired in the school facilities. |
