Earn Points through the AllianceThe I-CAR Industry Training Alliance program provides additional training options for businesses and individuals to earn points and qualify for the Gold Class Professionals and Platinum Individual programs. Apply Now! The application below can be completed online, then printed and faxed or mailed to I-CAR. This application verifies that the training you have completed is eligible for recognition and points through the Industry Training Alliance. Only training programs listed on the application form are eligible. The Alliance student application processing fee is $30.00 US ($35.00 CDN) per point, per student application, up to a maximum fee cap of $150.00 US ($175.00 CDN) per application. Each student must submit a separate application. To save money, a single student can apply for I-CAR recognition of multiple Alliance training programs on one Alliance student application; the same processing fee structure applies be sure to take advantage of this. Please note that for I-CAR recognition of courses from career and technical schools and colleges participating in the Alliance, a different fee structure applies. Please refer to the career and technical school student application for more information. Please note that many training programs from Alliance members have expiration dates that are based on certification terms determined by the Alliance members providing the training. At expiration, the points students receive for those training programs also expire. Along with the application, please submit the appropriate fee to:

Certificates are not issued by I-CAR for training programs received from other Alliance training providers. Transcripts will be issued within six to eight weeks of the date the application is approved. Note: In order to ensure that your training can be verified by your Industry Training Alliance provider, I-CAR recommends that applications be submitted at least 45 days after completing training. All points earned through the Industry Training Alliance are tested and can therefore apply to either initial or ongoing training requirements for Gold Class and Platinum. |
