OEM Training: Chrysler Training
I-CAR announces that Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep, through Chrysler Academy School of Technical Training, now incorporates I-CAR Live training programs into its collision repair technician program. As I-CAR students, all Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealer body structural and collision repair technicians will complete their training by attending I-CAR collision repair programs utilizing the I-CAR existing class delivery system and instructors. By utilizing the class search function and entering in your local zip/postal code (to the right), you can search for programs specific to the Chrysler and I-CAR training relationship. As of January 2004, Chrysler now recognizes the following I-CAR training programs: 2007 Curriculum Skill Area 12 Body RepairLevel 4Level 3Level 2

When planning your training, remember that I-CAR strongly encourages you to be familiar with the concepts and repair technologies found in the prior recommended programs listed for each Live program. These programs contain relevant content that greatly enhances the value of the program and significantly increases the likelihood of your successful program completion. Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep technicians can also search the I-CAR online class schedules to find other available I-CAR training programs in their area. The following PDF shows all I-CAR training with symbols to indicate which I-CAR programs meet training requirements for different areas of the Chrysler Academy School of Technical Training skill areas of body repair and/or refinishing curriculum. |
