| I-CAR Committees |
In order to coordinate and maximize the efforts of I-CAR Volunteers, I-CAR Committees are formed under the guidance of the appropriate Regional Manager. The Regional Manager establishes as many volunteer committees as appropriate, considering the market, the area, and other near-by Committees. The size of a volunteer committee will vary according to the needs of the area. A few active leaders are all that may be needed for an effective I-CAR volunteer committee, although more members expand resources and increase the committee’s area of influence. I-CAR supports volunteer committees in a variety of ways. Each Regional Manager is dedicated to assisting the volunteer committees in their Region to maximize collision repair training in each local area. Field Support Specialists serve the committees by posting upcoming classes, faxing class notices, and making sure all class information is up-to-date. A Volunteer Guide is available by download from the Documents page. The I-CAR website shows Committee Information for Committee officers and members through their individual myI-CAR accounts.
