Instructor: David Solmes, AAM
The owner of Dewey’s Auto Body, Inc., in Hastings, Michigan, David operates a 20-year Gold Class facility. He has twice received the I-CAR North Central Region Lon Badoux Instructor of the Year Award.

1:00 – 5:00 The Art and Science of Estimator Interactions (ES045L01)
Instructor: Tony Filidoro
An industry veteran since 1990, Tony has worked for GEICO Insurance for 27 years and has been an Auto Damage Field Supervisor for the last 21 years. A member of the Raleigh, North Caroina I-CAR committee, he has been an active I-CAR instructor since 2002.
Course Cost: $125 
2:00 – 5:00 Refining the Team and the Business (PM145L01)
Instructor: Robert Woodcock
Growing up in the collision repair industry, Robert started working at his father's body shop before he could drive. Starting as a Body Tech, he worked his way up until he became the GM for a large MSO. Now, as the Regional Quality Assurance Manager for another large MSO, he has been involved with I-CAR as an Instructor for the last 7+ years. Robert always enjoys learning about our rapidly changing industry and spreading that knowledge to others.

8:00 – 1:00 Blueprinting Process and Damage Discovery (BLU01)
Instructor: Shawn Collins
An Advanced Technical Specialist with 3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division, Shawn has worked for 26 years as an ASE Master and I-CAR Platinum collision technician. He has been an I-CAR instructor for 23 years and received awards as Instructor of the Year in 2009 and the Tech Center Award in 2011. He is also an administrator for the I-CAR Steel and Aluminum Welding Qualification Test.

2:00 – 6:00 Understanding the Cycle Time Process (GE001L01)
Instructor: Tony Filidoro
