Module 1 – Full-frame Replacement Considerations
This module identifies damage analysis procedures and considerations for full-frame replacement repairs. The student will learn about mechanical information, electrical considerations, and equipment used for repairs.

Module 2 – Body Removal and Installation
The second module explains procedures for cab removal and installation. The student will also learn information on front body panels and pick-up boxes.

Module 3 – Frame Change
The final module describes mechanical and design considerations for engine removal. Considerations surrounding removal of fuel tanks, removal and replacement of exhaust systems, and front and rear suspension and steering are introduced in the third module.
