If the individual is a Role Rep, he or she may qualify for Employee Turnover Rules. If this is the case, see the Employee Turnover Rules page in the Gold Class section. If the individual is not a Role Rep, the following examples illustrate how the individual’s annual renewal date will change. Example 1: If an individual's renewal date is October 31, 2014, but the individual moves to a different Gold Class® facility with a renewal date of November 30, 2014, the individual will still need to meet his or her training requirements by October 31, 2014 in order to retain Platinum™ recognition. Once the business renews on November 30, 2014, the individual's next annual renewal date will become aligned with the facility's next renewal date: November 30, 2015. Example 2: If an individual's renewal date is October 31, 2014, but the individual moves to a different Gold Class facility with a renewal date of September 30, 2014, the individual will still have until October 31, 2014 to meet his or her requirements. Once the business renews on September 30, 2014, the individual's next annual renewal date will become aligned with the facility's next renewal date: September 30, 2015. Employees should always confirm their annual renewal dates with their Training Manager or by calling the I-CARE Customer Support Team at 800-ICARUSA.
