Module 1 – Bolted Exterior Panel Replacement Considerations
In this module, the student will examine considerations around panel alignment and repair considerations. The student will gain insight into tools used for repairing and replacing door hinges. Additionally, students will learn about considerations around replacement parts and recycled automotive parts.

Module 2 – Front Body Panels
This module covers information on different front body panels including bumpers, fenders, grilles, and hoods. Attachment, installation, and removal procedures are also highlighted.

Module 3 – Doors
The course continues with coverage of different types of doors used during bolted-on replacement repairs. The student will gain an understanding of door assembly and replacement considerations.

Module 4 – Rear Body Panels
This module explores the removal, installation, and replacement of different style rear body panels.

Module 5 – Weatherstripping and Leaks
The course finishes by examining methods for identifying leaks and installing weatherstripping.
