Module 1 – Spray Guns
This module offers information on spray gun design, cleaning, maintenance, and setup procedures for efficient use of a spray gun.

Module 2 – Compressed Air
The course continues with information on air requirements for refinishing and information on contaminated spraying air. Safety considerations such as hose safety and breathing equipment are discussed as well.

Module 3 – Spray Environment
The third module continues with an overview of types spray stations and their functions. Information on adjustments, controls, and settings for a spraybooth are covered. Additionally, the student will learn about maintenance, cleaning, and inspecting a spraybooth.

Module 4 – VOC Rules And Regulations
The fourth module explains National Rule and required VOC record keeping procedures.

Module 5 – Paint Mixing
The final module of the course concludes by introducing the student to the mixing room and refinishing materials. The student will learn mixing ratios and tools used in mixing refinish materials.
