The Bosch Scan Tool and ADAS Calibration Kit course introduces Bosch calibration equipment and tools used to perform static and dynamic calibrations for forward-facing cameras. The course will consist of an overview of the Bosch kit and scan tool, functionality of these items, and demonstrations of static and dynamic calibrations for several vehicles.

 

Course Content
Module 1 – Kit and Scan Tool Overview

The Kit and Scan Tool Overview module will discuss important topics such as identifying overall functionality and contents of the Bosch kit, as well as an overview of the basic operations of the Bosch scan tool. It will present safety considerations and vehicle compatibility while using the alignment tools. 

Module 2 – Calibration of Forward-Facing Cameras

The Calibration of Forward-Facing Cameras module will consist of topics such as calibration requirements, defining static and dynamic calibrations, and demonstrating proper procedures while doing calibrations. The demonstrations will focus on the set up of the ADAS calibration kit and the guided tour on the scan tool that will give instructions for calibrating forward-facing cameras with the alignment tools for both static and dynamic environments.
